About

ReflectInQuiry is a thinking space for reflection and inquiry — a place to slow down, ask questions, and sit with ideas that shape everyday life.

The podcast explores books, philosophical and ethical questions, personal observations, and cultural ideas across time, place, and experience. Rather than offering final answers, ReflectInQuiry makes room for uncertainty, unlearning, and thoughtful engagement with different ways of seeing the world.

This is an invitation to treat reflection itself as a meaningful practice — one that can be carried into everyday life.

The Host

ReflectInQuiry is hosted by Chinyere Umoga, a researcher, listener, and lifelong student of inquiry. The podcast grew out of a personal practice of slowing down, sitting with questions, and noticing what surfaces when we resist the urge to rush toward answers.

Rather than offering conclusions, this work is shaped by a desire to create spaces where questions can be held with honesty, patience, and care — and with a deep curiosity about how meaning is made across time, place, and tradition.

ReflectInQuiry is an invitation to listen more deeply, to remain present with what is still unfolding, and to make room for questions that are meant to be lived with — questions that invite learning, unlearning, and a continual reassessing of what we once believed we knew.
